About Area 21

Area 21 was founded in May of 2022 by the Elmos Semiconductor SE. The initial team was build up with Elmos software experts in October 2022. Area 21 has employees with many years of experience in managing, designing and testing software to enhance functionality of Elmos ICs. The main focus is on building embedded software for the automotive industry in close cooperation with the Elmos hardware development.

Your job as Student Assistand (m/w/d) Software Project Management

As a student assistant in Software Project Management, you will support the team in collecting, analyzing, and preparing project key performance indicators (KPIs) from tools such as Jira and Polarion. Through your scripting and analytical skills, you will help streamline data collection and reporting workflows. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Youre interested in

• Supporting software project management
• Collecting, analyzing and preparing project key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Working on automotive projects
• Supporting software development processes

Your qualities are

• Studies in the field of Embedded Security, (Technical) Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a focus on Information Technology
• Basic experience in software development
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is desirable
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of English is required
