We are the Strategy & Transformation Team of Cloud Services. We are responsible for developing the business strategy and technology strategy, implementing transformation programs, and ensuring an engaged workforce. In this context, we view communication as a core responsibility, which we also take charge of.
Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours. You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:
- You will be responsible for developing compelling messages to engage our cloud community of over 10,000 colleagues spread across the globe
- You will coordinate and deliver integrated communications about Cloud’s strategic activities across key channels, identify story opportunities and promote strategic change initiatives
- You will support the team to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and partner with teams from across TSI to consult and deliver a communication plan that connects our cloud colleagues to our strategy and celebrates our success
- Research, write, edit and manage the distribution of key communications across multiple channels including newsletters, executive briefings, announcements, blogs, Social Media content etc.
- Contribute to the co-creation of the annual Communications Plan
- Deliver a consistent flow of internal communications to an agreed time frame
- Support of internal communications events including kick off meetings, lean coffees etc.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and communication colleagues across TSI
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for communication initiatives
- Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of communication initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis to measure progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Support to prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the impact and outcomes of communication initiatives
Your Profile
You have Master Studies in the area of International Management, Economics, Psychology or similar with a focus on Human Resources, Strategy, Transformation or are in your gap year. In addition you have the following knowledge and skills:
- First experience in journalism/written communications (newsletters, articles, blogs etc)
- Ability to develop clear communication messages from complex issues
- Exceptional interpersonal and personal communication skills
