For our project with the startup Hoopooh, we are looking for a working student ReactJS developer.
As part of the project with the startup Hoopooh, an innovative solution is being developed to support educators in their demanding everyday lives. An AI-supported, voice-based platform is intended to help overcome the challenges of understaffing in daycare centers and schools and reduce the risk of burnout among professionals. In close collaboration with a leading research institute, an intelligent co-pilot is being developed to help teachers organize their classrooms efficiently and simplify communication with parents. What you will do
Use of the Redux Toolkit for efficient management of complex states in applications
Implementation of RTK Query for optimized data retrieval and synchronization with APIs
Development of scalable state management solutions using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query
Ensuring performance and stability through effective use of modern state management techniques
What you bring to the table
Enrolled student in a relevant field of study
A solid understanding of React Hooks and state management: You have experience with tools such as the Context API, Redux, and React Query to efficiently manage data and user interactions
Familiarity with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query: You have hands-on experience using these libraries to efficiently manage complex state and retrieve data from APIs
Experience working with RESTful APIs: You are adept at retrieving and sending data from servers
Component design expertise: you have experience in using Tailwind CSS and Material UI to develop visually appealing and responsive user interfaces
Focus on performance optimization: you apply techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting to improve application performance
Experience in testing React components: you will write unit tests using the React Testing Library and Jest to ensure code quality
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD: You use Git for version control and CI/CD tools for automated deployment processes
You should have strong English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage but not mandatory

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.
The monthly working time is 80 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
