Digitalization is driving innovation and technological advances - and we need your ideas! Join our team and work on exciting projects in innovation development and digital transformation. In this versatile role, you can focus on either business development or communication to drive innovative projects and optimize our internal and external communication processes.
You will be part of our Scrum team made up of students and employees from our research areas. In the development process, you can contribute your skills, deepen your interests and have the opportunity to constantly learn new things.
Your Tasks:
For Business Development:
- You develop future concepts for mobility and living environments, including digital business models.
- You will carry out trend analyses and research in various industries to support strategic decisions.
- You create and refine interview guidelines for expert discussions and take part in these interviews.
- You exchange ideas with pioneers and innovators at trade fairs and webinars.
- You moderate and take part in discussions on our innovation platform, taking sustainability into account in all innovation processes.
- You provide organizational support for creative workshops and contribute new ideas.
For communication:
- You create engaging content for our internal communication platforms.
- You will work with different teams to publicize their biggest successes and news to ensure effective internal communication.
- You will develop ideas and input for information campaigns.
- You support the communication and design of live events.
- You will use various communication media (social media, newspaper, email newsletters) to improve company-wide information dissemination.
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in fields such as industrial engineering, psychology, business administration or a comparable degree program
- For Business Development: Initial experience in the areas of analysis, business development or digitalization is an advantage
- For Communication: A strong sense of aesthetics in content creation and experience with communication media
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Language skills: English (at least B1 for business development, B2 for communication), German (C2) for communication-focused tasks
Desired Skills:
- You have strong teamwork and communication skills and a structured way of working
- Independent, motivated and creative way of working with strong teamwork and communication skills
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10. The internship and a thesis will be paid EUR 979. From February 2025 with 1.012,- EUR.
