Located in Munich and reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, this position at AZ SE Reinsurance is essential in supporting, developing, and implementing initiatives in Learning, Talent Development, and People Analytics. This role is perfect for individuals taking a gap year who wish to gain substantial work experience. Additionally, there is the possibility to transition into a working student position for those interested in continuing their professional journey with us.
What you do
Supports the team in various data-related tasks, e.g. reporting, dashboards etc. (People Analytics)
Supports in creating and implementing the global learning strategy
Prepares talent management discussions and reports
Supports the nomination, preparation and follow-up of career transition programs
Contributes to the realization of our defined Strategic Workforce Planning actions
Supports the Learning & Talent Development Manager in designing and rolling out learning offers
What you bring
Currently enrolled as a student in (business) psychology, business administration, economics or related studies
Good knowledge and understanding of creating concepts, tools and techniques for change and learning
Solution-oriented and thorough working style, with a good eye for details and design
Proficient data analytics and IT skills
Strong analytical skills and data management proficiency
Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, can-do attitude
Experience in HR of a global organization, ideally in Learning & Development would be appreciated
Project management experience
Ability to learn fast
