WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- You will answer incoming enquiries and organize incoming and outgoing mail for the HR department.
- You will support the payroll department by collecting the necessary documents and processing the documents for signature collection and distribution.
- You will process documents and prepare reports on various HR activities such as staffing, recruitment and performance evaluations.
- You will actively support the induction of new employees and ensure that they quickly find their way around the company.
- You will participate in various HR-related projects and support the maintenance of the Panasonic Connect intranet site as well as the coordination of various learning platform activities.
- You will have confident communication with senior team and support them in various topics.
- You are enrolled at a German university or comparable higher education institution, ideally studying business administration, business psychology or HR management.
- Ideally, you have some relevant experience in HR.
- You are business fluent in English, fluent German language skills are an advantage.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary to successfully complete your tasks.
