- Support in the planning and execution of integrated POE media activation strategies across digital and traditional touchpoints
- Assist in implementing the #Modern Marketing approach and supporting the adoption of new marketing approaches
- Help analyze consumer/buyer data and translate it into addressable media audiences for campaigns
- Assist in evaluating data from various sources to derive recommendations for optimal touchpoints across paid, owned, and earned media
- Prepare market, trend and competitive analysis with latest competitor activity tracking tools
- Collaborate with local media teams and agencies during the planning and execution of media activities
- Support the Global Marketing team in the development and execution of media strategies and campaigns
- Participate in the analysis of KPIs for measuring the effectiveness and impact of media projects
- Work closely with international teams to support global communication strategies based on internal and external data (e.g., market research, platform data)
- Take over and lead exciting and defined projects in the field of digital media
- Student (d/f/m) focusing on media/communications studies, business, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in media strategy, digital media, or communication is a plus
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) are required; German skills are not mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong interest in the beauty and FMCG industries, as well as in digital marketing and media strategies
- Fantastic analytical skills and a high affinity for working with data
- Self-organized, structured person who is able to independently support and coordinate projects
- Availability as of January 2025 for 5-6 months
We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
