Are you passionate about driving efficient teamwork, fostering collaboration, and ensuring project success? Here's your chance to join the dynamic world of agile project management as an intern Scrum Master at Bosch. We are pleased to announce an exceptional opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in Scrum methodology and agile project management. During your internship, you will be at the forefront of guiding and supporting our teams through various projects, honing your skills in facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The Cross-Functional Business Intelligence (xBI) is a young, agile and international team with a common vision: "We take business decision-making at Bosch to the next level". • As a part of our team, you will receive mentoring and guidance from experienced Scrum Masters and Agile experts.
• You will have practical experience of applying Scrum practices and methodologies.
• Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Last but not least, you will gain valuable insight into how to increase productivity, how to remove obstacles and how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban
• Personality and Working Practice: you are able to grasp complex issues quickly, manage your time effectively; actively participate in team discussions and contribute valuable insights
• Enthusiasm: a strong interest in agile methodologies and a willingness to continue to grow in this area
• Languages: fluent in German and English

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
