About You and This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Specialist Intern to join our team at Stade, Germany. In this role, you will support our regulatory affairs team in ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a student currently pursuing a degree in regulatory affairs, environmental science, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and applications.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Support the regulatory team in monitoring and tracking regulatory changes.
- Help maintain regulatory databases and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in regulatory meetings and provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in regulatory affairs, environmental science, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of German and English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Previous internship experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
