To strengthen our Market Intelligence department, we are looking for a:

Working Student Lifecycle Service & Business Excellence (m/f/d)

We're seeking students that are looking to develop a deeper understanding and want to participate in our global environment. Our promise: we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into your job and support you every step of the way in our company.

What you will be responsible for:

• Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions
• Prepare detailed individual and close-out reports
• Evaluate survey data to extract meaningful trends and inform decision-making processes
• Record, communicate, and document key processes
• Collaborate to develop a system for process management, with the potential for future implementation at Kelvion
• Assist in drafting and maintaining comprehensive pricing guidelines
• Update and maintain price calculation-related rates and factors across various sites

About you:

• Studying business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics
• Focus on strategy, marketing (especially market analysis, research), finance or similar would be an advantage
• High internet affinity and very good research skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• High communication skills, self-motivation and ability to work in a team
• Analytical thinking and systematic work
• Profound knowledge of German and English, another foreign language is an advantage
