We, the BMW Group, offer you an exciting and interdisciplinary internship in the area of brand experience in retail for the BMW and MINI brands.
The Retail Concepts team develops future-oriented concepts and process requirements for the transformation of retail regarding the emobility and sustainability goals of the BMW Group. In addition, the team is responsible for the coordination, control and target setting of the customer-relevant Legendary Moment Test Drive and the measurement of our sales processes through Mystery Shopping.
What awaits you?
- Support our team in the development and implementation of analyses and concepts, as well as preparing to present their content in presentation form.
- Help to further develop concepts and substantiate them with valid background information.
- Analyze data from our central dealer database and derive important insights, e.g. about the sustainability performance of our global dealer network.
- Test existing processes and tools, derive proposals for their improvement, and actively drive their implementation.
- Work in an interdisciplinary and international team, be in exchange with contact persons from the BMW Group and the global sales organization and help shape the retail of the future.
- Sustainability and emobility will be your focus areas.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, sustainability management, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
- Second half diploma/bachelor's degree or master's degree.
- First practical experience in the areas of sales, sustainability and/or project management is desirable.
- Strong interest in topics such as sustainability, mobility, electrification and the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- IT-Affinity, interest in AI and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as organizational talent.
- High level of commitment, willingness to learn and self-initiative.
