Join the Employee Experience team in Germany and work with an international team on implementing our Engagement, Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics. Together with our local experts, you will prepare, conduct, and evaluate local on-site and virtual events, drive marketing initiatives, and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure an engaging experience for all our employees.
What you do
- Structure event roadshows in Germany in collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Workers Council, Communication teams, and Business Representatives
- Support and manage specific projects within the Employee Experience domain
- Foster collaboration with NGOs and foundations
- Plan and prepare marketing and promotional activities
- Evaluate products and events
What you bring
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and German (native proficiency)
- Proactivity, curiosity, and a "can-do" attitude
- Confidence and experience in project management
- A strong interest in Employee Engagement, Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
- Background in HR, Communication, Culture, Educational Science, Sociology, or related fields, though we welcome any curious minds
- Availability to start immediately and commit to a 6-month, full-time internship (38 hours/week)
