Become part of our Talent Management team and gain a deep insight into the day-to-day operations of a Talent Manager!
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting the development and implementation of learning and talent management tools.
- Support and preparation of internal communication on staff development offers
- Support the organization with seminars and training courses: Your activities will include working in the day-to-day operational business, from the identification of training needs to the organization and implementation of the resulting training measures and workshops.
- Participant, seminar and trainer management (with the help of our Learning Management System)
- Follow-up and evaluation of training events and preparation of evaluations and reports
- Preparing presentations and conducting research
- Administrative work in day-to-day operations
Show your expertise
- You are studying business psychology with a focus on human resources/ organizational development or business administration with a focus on human resources
- You have a high interest in the fields of learning, personal development, or organizational development. Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships or practical projects in the personnel/training sector
- You have a communicative and empathetic personality with a strong interest in the development of talents
- You have strong planning and organizational skills and good analytical and conceptual skills
- You are absolutely reliable when dealing with confidential personal data and information
- You are confident in using the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint with additional IT skills e.g. LMS in SuccessFactors
- You are fluent in German and can also communicate very well in English
