People Services Team Germany is part of the HR Operations function. Its main responsibilities include efficiently handling inquiries from managers and employees, proposing methods to simplify and standardize HR services, and leveraging technologies that promote automation and digitization.

What you will do

• Operational support for Working Students and Interns
• Employee lifecycle management and maintenance of the Master Data System (HCM)
• Support with personnel administration tasks and tracking of onboarding-related documents
• Support for People Services Team Germany in various HR processes and daily business activities
• Maintenance of the electronic personnel files
• Contribution to special projects.

What you bring

• Excellent German and English language skills
• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on HR management
• Initial practical experience in the field of HR management
• Interest in HR topics, affinity for HR IT tools, and proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP HCM and ADONIS is a plus
• Friendly and communicative demeanor with a strong service orientation
• Independent, proactive, and structured working style with a quick grasp of new concepts
• Team spirit, commitment, and eagerness to learn.
