Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

gain insights and experience in our Marketing organization while enhancing your skills in communication, sales training and data analysis.
Your role:

• Support the Program Manager in organizing sales and clinical training events (virtual, hybrid and face to face)  

• Reporting, communication with vendors and participants (incl. set up of training material, participant management, on-site welcome)

• Management of training and trainee data in respective tools as well as on the online learning platform

• Support the Capability Development Program Manager with projects such as new product introductions with challenging timelines and many different stakeholders 

Great, if you have the following:

• Currently Master student in the field of international management, business, economics or a similar field of study

• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Teams

• Good communication skills and meticulous way of working

• Fluency in English, German language skills are beneficial
