This challenge awaits you:

We offer interesting and varied topics for internships and working student activities in the field of petrol engine applications in IAV's Powertrain division. Join us in the introduction of new drive concepts such as hybrids and electric vehicles.

Your Tasks:

• You develop on-board diagnostic functions for the drivetrain of conventional, hybrid and, in future, electric vehicles
• You carry out vehicle commissioning in a complex development environment
• You put measurement technology, software and tools into operation
• You carry out measurement series, analyses and evaluations
• You provide support in function development, system optimisation or tool development
• You develop new and further develop software tools from the above-mentioned areas

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, mathematics or physics with a focus on automotive engineering or control engineering
• Solid knowledge of Matlab/Simulink and MS Office (VBA), ideally also UniPlot including UniScript
• Good knowledge of computer science/software development/networking

Desired Skills:

• Enjoy programming tasks
• Great interest in the above-mentioned topics
• High level of commitment, creativity, willingness to learn and perform
