Your profile

• Working on a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Communicative manner - especially in cooperation with suppliers

Your tasks

• Obtain information about prices, suppliers, technical innovations for a range of parts within specified framework conditions 
• Determine requirements and clarify these with the ordering parties
• Clarify technical design and quality requirements using technical documents and select suppliers
• Compare incoming offers
• Monitor delivery dates and, if necessary, make complaints independently
• Completion of all tasks and activities arising in this context (invoices, etc.)
• Working on share point transfer 
• Preparation work for freight tender
• Supplier data cleansing and responsibility mapping
