Job Description
- During your internship you will become part of our international Indirect Purchasing team by actively supporting us in our day-to-day business.
- You will work on cross-functional topics in logistics and packaging purchasing (e.g. supplier base optimisation, CSR checks, etc.).
- You will also support us with price negotiations and tenders for wood, paper and plastic packaging materials.
- You will put your ideas and know-how into practice by independently analysing purchasing data, e.g. volumes, material and contract numbers.
- Last but not least, you will be expected to use modern purchasing tools (e.g. iSource, e-auction).
Qualifications
- Education: Studies in the field of business-related course (e.g. MBA, International Business, Economy, Mathematics, Business IT, Business Engineering) or Supply Chain Management (e.g. Purchasing, Logistics) or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: know well how to use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Personality and Working Practice: independent and self-responsible working style
- Enthusiasm: you like to work in an international team, and you are flexible and open for new challenges
- Languages: fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (only mandatory internship according to SPO possible)
