Your responsibilities

• Unterstütze unser Digitalization-Team bei Recherche, Koordination und praktischen Experimenten, um strategische Initiativen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung voranzubringen.
• Arbeite eng mit dem Head of Digitalization sowie bereichsübergreifenden Stakeholdern zusammen, um Geschäftsanforderungen zu erfassen und in klare technische Anforderungen sowie umsetzbare Schritte zu übersetzen.
• Hilf bei der Bewertung von Software- und Tool-Optionen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Skalierbarkeit und Kompatibilität mit bestehenden Systemen; erstelle prägnante Vergleiche und Empfehlungen.
• Trage zu Machbarkeitsprüfungen und Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen bei, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
• Begleite die Implementierung digitaler Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit IT- und Business-Teams während Pilotprojekten und vollständigen Rollouts; überwache Aufgaben, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten im gesamten Prozess.
• Sorge für klare Kommunikation zwischen Business und IT, stelle sicher, dass alle Stakeholder abgestimmt sind und die Lösungen den Unternehmenszielen und Richtlinien entsprechen.

Your profile

• Du bist aktuell in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines verwandten Studiengangs eingeschrieben und befindest dich mindestens im 3. oder 4. Semester.
• Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Bewertung oder Implementierung von Software-Tools (z. B. durch Studienarbeiten, Labore, Praktika oder Projekte).
• Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis digitaler Technologien, einschließlich Cloud Computing, KI-Konzepte, Datenanalyse, Datenmanagement, Low-/No-Code-Plattformen und Cybersicherheit.
• Du hast Basiswissen zu IT-Best Practices, technischen Anforderungen und relevanten Vorschriften.
• Du kannst Machbarkeitsstudien und Kosten-Nutzen-Betrachtungen strukturiert und datenbasiert unterstützen.
• Du bist vertraut mit Projektkoordination (z. B. Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Dokumentation von Anforderungen und Entscheidungen).
• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; Kenntnisse weiterer Sprachen wie Portugiesisch, Spanisch oder Italien sind von Vorteil.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.
