Internship HR Digitalization Projects (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen | Germany | Full-time | No grade

To strengthen our HR Digitization Team, we are looking for interns (m/f/d) for a period of 6 months starting March 1st 2026. HUGO BOSS offers an internship position in which exciting and challenging tasks can be taken on as a fully integrated team member.

What you can expect:

• Actively engage in the global Employee Central implementation project by contributing to various workstreams such as Reporting & Analytics, Document Management, or Change Management
• Execute project management tasks, including system testing, creating documentation, and supporting training preparation and delivery (e.g., developing e-learning materials and guides, coordinating sessions and managing logistics).
• Provide first-level support to global admins regarding system-related inquiries.
• Support change communication and engagement activities, including planning and creating content for newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, and surveys to assess training effectiveness and change adoption.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field of study.
• You have strong analytical and communication skills.
• You are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs.
• In addition to IT affinity, you are characterized by a high level of comprehension and commitment.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German.
• Experience in graphic design or content creation with Canva is a plus.
