Responsibilities / Tasks
- Support the maintenance and further development of the intranet platform
- Create and publish posts, articles, and news updates on the intranet
- Assist in organizing and running community events (both virtual and on-site)
- Support video production and editing for event highlights, interviews, or learning content
- Help plan and coordinate training and knowledge-sharing formats
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, internal orders, room bookings, and participant management
- Contribute to the design of communication and presentation materials (slides, visuals, social posts, etc.)
- Provide day-to-day support in community management, including invitations, feedback collection, and reporting
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Education: Ongoing bachelor/master studies in Communications, Media Management, Business Administration or similar
- Strong interest in communication, organization, and teamwork
- Working style: Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
- Tools: Initial experience with intranet or content management systems (Sharepoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., M365, Miro)
- Communication: Excellent English skills (German is a plus) and the ability to communicate to different stakeholders
- Team spirit: Proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about working in an international digital environment. Interest in digital collaboration, innovation, and organizational culture
