Our Global Customer Contract Management Team (GCCM) is looking for a motivated working student to support us in diverse and interesting projects related to contract management. Department Description & Job Purpose 

The working student position is aimed towards legal and business professionals interested in developing a career in the field of legal and contract management. Allianz Services' Global Customer Contract Management (GCCM) is the first level support for quality review of contracts, whose objective is the provision of non-IT services across Allianz Services entities globally. Leveraging advanced technology and a strong legal framework, we ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence. With a dedicated team and a global presence, Allianz Services GCCM is committed to driving operational excellence and supporting the success of Allianz entities worldwide. 

Key responsibilities 

•    Develop and maintain legal templates and contribute to upskilling the GCCM Team not only regarding contract management expertise, but also regarding technical solutions and developments (e.g. GenAI).
•    Support in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations
•    Help in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to develop our services
•    Help implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency
•    Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data for reporting purposes
•    Handle any other tasks as assigned by the team to support the GCCM Team

Key requirements

•    Currently enrolled in university (preferred) in Legal, Economics, Business Administration with focus on legal, management or similar
•    MS Office skills (esp. MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
•    Structured, dedicated and eager to learn
•    Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills 
•    Written and spoken German & English is a must; 
•    First experiences in legal departments would be desired
•    Project management experience is a plus
•    You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
