Your Role

• Support international customer insights and analytics projects

• Software-assisted creation and implementation of studies

• Analyze study results

• Prepare reports and presentations

• Analyze primary and secondary data to generate market insights

• Compile complex market data and company figures

• Assist the team with ad-hoc research

• Administer our knowledge management platform

• Align and closely cooperate with internal stakeholders in different regions, as well as with external agencies

Your Profile

• Currently studying economics, business, psychology, sociology, communications, or a similar field, with a focus on marketing and/or market research

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

• Strong understanding of numbers and the ability to generate concrete insights from data

• Independent, structured, detail-oriented, and analytical working style

• Proficient in using MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, with excellent Excel skills

• Interest in AI and experience with AI tools and applications

• Team player and strong communicator

• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written); German and/or other languages are a plus

• Willing to work approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months (which means being enrolled for at least 6 more months)
