Job description

•Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Environment Safety Health (QESH) management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across the Region and countries,
•Monitoring compliance with ISO standards and regional requirements as well as assisting for Regional ISO audits,
•Supporting the application of QESH policies and procedures,
•Preparing and maintaining QESH-related documentation in line with company and legal requirements,
•Supporting the preparation of Regional Process Reviews and the annual regional management review,
•Tracking QESH performance via the Regional Dashboard,
•Managing the online document database and online QESH Management System,
•Collaborating with Regional/Country teams and other departments when necessary.

Applicant's profile

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a QESH related field and will be continue to studying for minimum a year,
•Excellent communication skills in English, German and/or French would be a plus,
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
•Strong analytical skills while being process oriented.
