Are you successfully progressing through your Bachelor's or Master's studies and searching for a student job to gain relevant practical experience while contributing to operational excellence? As a working student you support our Lean Management team in driving digital transformation and data-driven process optimization across production sites and help us shape the future of automotive light-weighing.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in maintaining and troubleshooting production dashboards
• Create visual reports and evaluations using Tableau / Power BI
• Analyze raw production data to identify anomalies and derive process improvements
• Maintain and drive further development of LowCode Apps
• Collaborate with the Digitalization team on various initiatives and projects
• Provide support for daily tasks, including preparing presentations, summaries, and other documentation

Profile Requirements

• Enrolled full-time student in the field of Engineering, Economics, Business Informatics,Data Science or another field.
• Clear and open in communication in English
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis functions)
• Demonstrated abilityto work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing organizational and strong analytical skills
• Preferably with basic understanding of Lean principles
• Knowledge of production processes within the automotive industry would be an advantage
• Basic programming knowledge as well as experience with AI applications are a plus
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, balancing academic commitments.
