For our Public Relations & Oncology Portfolio Communications team in our European headquarters in Munich we are seeking a 

Working Student (m/f/d) for Public Relations & Oncology Portfolio Communications
 - fixed-term-

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Content Support: First draft presentations, support with adjustments and update of current presentation and fact sheets
• Maintaining content repository: support with organizing folders, content libraries (SharePoint), and completely new set-up of our new Intranet page
• Support with review of materials on Veeva and with compliance
• Support with keeping materials approved if they are getting closer to expiry dates
• Support with ad hoc requests from affiliates and current needs from cross-functional teams
• Support with basic PR and comms housekeeping activities (media list updates, monitoring, tracking coverage from our agencies)
• Organize monthly call agenda

Personal Skills and Professional Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a master's program or similar in communications, journalism or healthcare and marketing and interest in communications aspects
• Strong interest in communications field, Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare is a plus
• Previous internships or experiences at communications agencies or newspapers / agencies / magazines is a plus
• Hands-on attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); any further EU language is a plus

Gain insights into:

• Work of product PR focusing on our current and future Oncology business
• How to create and drive PR and communications activities at product and portfolio level both internally and externally and facilitate country-level activation
• Development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies with a focus on Product PR, campaigns and activities, including social media and media relations to build our reputation in oncology
• Media Relations activities
• Manage agencies and other external vendors to secure maximum return on investment, operational excellence and business impact
