Augsburg: Intern Industrialization (m/f/d)

We - MT Aerospace - are part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As part of an internship semester, we are offering a committed student (m/f/d) the opportunity to actively participate in the conversion of production facilities at our site. The focus is on dismantling existing old facilities, coordinating the new construction (including foundation work), and ensuring smooth production operations throughout the entire conversion phase. You will work closely with internal and external trades as well as production management.

Your Tasks

• You will assist with the dismantling (demolition) of old facilities and oversee construction site logistics.
• You will be involved in the restoration and preparation of foundations for new production facilities.
• You will coordinate the trades involved and organize coordination meetings with production.
• You will ensure that ongoing production operations are affected as little as possible.
• You will document project progress and report regularly to project management.
• You will develop improvement measures and implement them to optimize processes during the conversion.
• You will assist in the planning of work packages and resources.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or comparable field.
• Interest in project management and production processes
• Structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confident use of Office365
• Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
