You are passionate about learning, hybrid work, AI, and (people) transformation? You thrive in an environment where new impulses, especially in the context of AI and agile leadership, play a key role? Then you have come to the right place.

Our “Talent Management and Learning” department embodies the spirit of “New Learning” in everything we do. We support employees and leaders worldwide on their personal and professional development journeys, empowering them to actively drive the transformation of the automotive industry. Our core focus lies in the design and delivery of professional learning programs. We are particularly interested in innovative approaches, such as transformation in agile and digital contexts, as well as the strategic use of artificial intelligence.

You will join us at a pivotal moment: as artificial intelligence is becoming a core part of how Mercedes-Benz works, learns, and leads. Our team is actively shaping how AI is embedded into employee journeys, leadership behavior, and daily work — moving fast from concepts to execution.

We collaborate closely with internal and external partners across the globe. As part of your mandatory internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of exciting meetings and workshops. We work in a mobile and flexible setup, with regular exchange and alignment meetings being essential. In addition, we meet in person at the office on at least one fixed day per week.

You enjoy working in dynamic environments, can handle changing priorities, and are motivated by shaping things that are still evolving rather than following fixed processes.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Researching trends and innovative methods for transformation, AI and global learning & development
  • Supporting the identification and documentation of concrete AI use cases, agents, and adoption opportunities in learning, leadership, and HR contexts
  • Contribute to the planning, organization, execution and follow-up of meetings and workshops in virtual and hybrid settings
  • Co-create and draft and revising various learning materials
  • Actively participating in virtual and hybrid training sessions and workshops
  • Synthesizing meeting discussions into clear takeaways and writing concise summaries
  • Drafting initial versions of documents and presentations, demonstrating a proactive approach

Beyond these tasks, Mercedes-Benz Group AG offers you the opportunity to independently explore individual learning and interest areas for your professional and personal future during your 6-month mandatory internship.

The activity can begin from March 2026.
