Frankfurt am Main: Intern GenAI Program (f/m/d)

We are looking for an intern based in Frankfurt.

What you do

• Actively support managing GenAI use cases, contribute to testing initial prototypes and drive the development of new use cases across various departments
• Support smaller change initiatives, identify inefficiencies and proactively implement automated workflows to improve how we work
• Create and maintain structured documentation for projects, processes and learnings within the program
• Support the GenAI program by drafting and generating engaging internal and external communications including newsletters, announcements and regular updates to ensure progress and impact are visible and well understood
• Develop presentations, reports and other documents
• You will work primarily with business support functions and collaborate with technology experts, translating complex technical topics into clear, business-relevant communication
• Independently conduct and present research on GenAI trends, tools and use cases to support informed decision-making within the GenAI program
• You will have the freedom to propose your own ideas and the responsibility to execute them.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial or Software Engineering, Innovation and Transformation Management, Change Management, or similar fields
• Familiarity and experience using common AI and GenAI tools and features is mandatory, along with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in drafting accurate and clear documents or presentations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with automating tasks and using new software is a plus
• Problem-solving and creativity: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose creative solutions in use case development, process improvements, and prototyping
• A proactive, self-reliant working style with excellent organizational and collaborative skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially German, would be a plus.
