Internship R&D Fabrics & Trimmings BOSS Menswear (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen | Germany | Full-time | No grade

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for 4.5 months, starting on April 1, 2026.

What you can expect:

• You support the entire collection creation process in all tasks related to the development, digitalization, and sourcing of fabrics and trimmings.
• You are involved in communication with national and international suppliers and take on tasks in a cross-functional interface role.
• You support the team with various DHL shipments.
• You accompany developments in collaboration with our design team, purchasing, and quality management.
• You create mood boards and presentations.
• You assist with supplier submittals and support the sorting and evaluation of different fabrics and trimmings.
• You take responsibility for our material library – from archiving materials to maintaining all necessary article data in the PLM system.
• You create fabric and trimming cards and continuously add all required data throughout the entire development process.
• You support the ordering process for the seasonal sample collections.
• In addition to providing administrative support to the team, you bring a strong interest in high-quality materials as well as a high degree of flexibility. 

Your profile:

• You are studying fashion design, apparel engineering, textile management, or attending a fashion school.
• You enjoy working creatively and have a strong attention to detail.
• You are familiar with digitalization – experience with 3D software such as Penelope, CLO3D, Substance, or Blender is an advantage.
• You have very good MS Office skills and are confident in using Adobe Illustrator.
• You have good to very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You bring strong teamwork skills, commitment, and organizational talent.
• You are able to structure your working time well and set priorities.
