Ottobrunn: 6 months internship - Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to Isar Aerospace. You will gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruitment process and employer branding initiatives, playing a crucial role in the rapid growth of our company.

Start date: between 15.04.2026 or 01.05.2026

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help organize and participate in employer branding activities (e.g., university events, job fairs, social media campaigns).
• Support additional Talent Attraction projects as needed. 

Qualification Checklist 

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn about the space industry.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and German.
