Your responsibilities
- In deiner Rolle bist du verantwortlich für das Erstellen von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Reportings.
- Du wirkst als administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft mit.
- Die Recherche und Benchmarking zu aktuellen Trends im Bereich Recruiting und Personalentwicklung liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Events.
- Du arbeitest an strategischen People & Culture Projekten mit.
Your profile
- Du absolvierst aktuell ein Masterstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fach.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Human Resources Bereich sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und ein Gespür für Menschen aus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Powerpoint und Excel).
- Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
