About this Position
What youll do

• Support the development and execution of innovations within the Hair Coloration category
• Assist in the creation of product concepts for consumer testing, including concept writing, claiming and packaging exploration Consumer and Competitor Understanding
• Support in identifying emerging trends, consumer pain points and category opportunities in Hair Coloration
• Analyze market data, competitor launches and existing consumer knowledge to inform the innovation planning
• Collaborate with research team to validate concepts and claim Project Management
• Track project timelines, budgets and deliverables accordingly 

What makes you a good fit

• Business-related studies with a few successfully completed semesters with a focus on marketing 
• Experience in FMCG or beauty marketing is beneficial
• Interest in market analysis, interpretation as well as trend hunting
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
• In-depth MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
• Team player with an above-average degree of independence
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
