Working Student (m/f/d) Sustaining Engineering

Your Strength

• Currently pursuing a degree in biomedical, chemical, or mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Available for 6 months
• Initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and a strong interest in IT environments
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Interest in gaining insights into day-to-day business operations and shaping the improvement of internal processes
• High level of motivation with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and actively contribute to team objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including structured documentation capabilities
• Professional working proficiency in German

Your Contribution

• Support Sustaining Engineering by digitizing, maintaining, and organizing supplier and article master data
• Prepare, structure, and maintain supplier and article‑related documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 requirements
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain master data and documentation within the ERP system (e.g., Business Central)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sustaining Engineering, Supplier Quality, Purchasing) to clarify and resolve data or documentation requirements
