München: Intern Logistics & Operations (m/w/d)

Position

At our Head Office in Munich, we are looking for an Intern (m/w/d) for the Logistics & Operations department starting on May 1, 2026.

The internship should have a minimum duration of 6 months (ideally 12 months).
Mission:
As the Logistics & Operations Intern you will support in managing supply chain & operations. You will work closely with headquarter teams as well as with store teams.

You assist to secure the seamless flow of goods to our stores while upholding our luxury standards for speed, efficiency, and reliability. You will be part of projects to further improve operational excellence.

Job Responsabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & analyse regular KPI-Reportings, to proactively cooperate with our stores and to improve the level of store operations
• Maintain daily contact with our store teams to meet evolving store demands.
• Secure accurate processing and precise inventory of non sellable goods & samples
• Monitor IT -interfaces to guarantee data synchronisation
• Create reportings to fulfil the legal requirements in GER and AT
• Support in preparation of trainings, inventories, audits & back of house projects

Profile

Qualifications: ongoing studies or a degree in logistics/supply chain management, data science or equivalent experience Skills: Strong communication skills in English and German Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and adaptable Data & Computer literate (especially MS Excel), with an affinity for Power BI being advantageous. Attitude & Mindset: The candidate should display a positive attitude, a client-centric approach and enjoy working as a part of a team. The candidate should be autonomous, flexible to new ideas & have a structured way of working.
