Do you want to understand how recruiting, employer branding, and HR management really work, and get hands-on experience along the way? Then you’re exactly where you should be.

You’ll support our HR team in day-to-day operations as well as in exciting projects, gaining valuable insights into different HR areas.

Your mission

• You support the recruiting process, from creating and publishing job postings to managing applications
• You assist in HR administration, for example by preparing contracts and reference letters
• You maintain data in our HR management system and ensure everything is accurate and up to date
• You create HR statistics and reports, helping to turn data into meaningful insights
• You support recruitment days for new apprentices and employer branding events

Your skills

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
• You have a strong interest in HR topics such as recruiting, HR management, or employer branding
• You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way
• You bring initiative and a proactive, can-do attitude
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• You have very good German and good command of English
• You are confident in using MS Office applications
