Düsseldorf: Internship Global Operational Excellence

About this Position As part of our Operational Excellence team in the Global Growth Excellence department at Henkel Consumer Brands, you will support and actively shape the development of Henkel’s future growth path. 
What youll do

• Analyze market and competitive environments using external and internal data sources
• Translation of findings into strategic priorities and concrete measures 
• Support in communicating the results across the global organization
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Strategy
• Prepare management meetings to facilitate decision making

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business or engineering related studies 
• First relevant practical experience, preferably in strategy, consulting or business development 
• Fluent English language skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Analytical and proactive thinker with a high level of initiative and determination to achieve results
• Results-driven personality with a hands-on mindset and the ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
• Availability as of October 2026 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
