About this Position What youll do

  • Be part of global initiatives that shape HR and people growth at Henkel for years to come with focus on Talent and Performance Management, Skill Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Create communication, change, and activation materials, such as presentations, videos, emails, and activities, to keep the organization informed and engaged
  • Engage with colleagues from our different target groups (e.g., employees, leaders, and HR) to provide support, collect feedback, and identify improvement opportunities, ensuring that our initiatives meet the needs of our organization
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., using Power BI and Excel) to support data-driven decision-making, translating complex data into clear, accessible insights that help colleagues across the business understand trends, progress, and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams from HR, IT, our business units and functions as well as renowned external partners
  • Help plan, organize, and track project milestones
  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
  • You are a student in advanced bachelor studies or master studies in the field of business administration, communications, marketing, HR, psychology, or similar
  • You have gathered practical experience in HR and/or communication (e.g., from previous internships or student jobs)
  • Experience or strong interest in HR systems (e.g., Learning Management Systems, Learning Experience Platforms, and/or AI-based HR tools) is a plus
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English
  • Advanced Excel or Power BI skills is a plus
  • You have excellent communication skills and can use PowerPoint to craft clear and engaging presentations to support your messages
  • You have a strategic and analytical mindset, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and topics
  • You work autonomously, taking ownership and initiative to solve problems
  • Availability for a full-term internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting July 2026 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
