Your tasks:

• Active support in the further development of onboarding processes and training materials.
• Contribute to the standardization and documentation of processes within the supply chain.
• Creating and maintaining informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support for digitalization and AI initiatives.
• Maintenance and management of contract and supplier data in SharePoint.
• Assisting with supplier management, including maintaining the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
• Support for data and document management in various IT tools.
• Gain insight into operational purchasing and assist with inquiries, bid evaluations, and master data maintenance.

Your profile:

• Enrollment in a technical degree program such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
