Support the HR team in administrative, operational, and project-related HR activities, ensuring efficient HR processes, high data quality, and compliance with internal policies and employment regulations. The Intern, HR Business Partnering (m/f/d) also includes supporting HR projects, reporting activities, and the continuous improvement of HR systems and documentation.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Support the HR team with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, talent management, performance management, and employee relations topics
- Maintain SharePoint sites, HR knowledge bases, and document structures
- Provide assistance to HR colleagues across multiple locations in Germany in administrative, operational, and project-related HR activities
- Help maintain HR systems, employee master data, and personnel records while ensuring high levels of data quality and integrity
- Contribute to the review and analysis of existing HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help ensure data accuracy and support informed decision-making
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, systems, and digital ways of working by identifying opportunities and contributing ideas
- Contribute to HR projects, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be involved in local HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with HR teams, employees, and business stakeholders across different locations and functions
Show your expertise
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (minimum 3rd semester)
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented work approach
- High integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential and personal employee data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a service-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to structure and analyze larger data sets efficiently
