Unser Team im Business Development Automotive treibt neue, innovative Klebelösungen für die Mobilität von morgen voran – von ablösbaren Klebeverbindungen für Automotive-Displays bis zu neuen, wertbasierten Vertriebsansätzen bei unseren Kunden. Als Werkstudent:in bist du mittendrin: Du hältst uns im Hintergrund den Rücken frei, organisierst Kundenevents und Messeauftritte mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir mit smarten (KI-)Tools schneller und effizienter arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

Events & Messen (dein Schwerpunkt): Du organisierst im Hintergrund unsere Kundenevents, Tech Days, Messeauftritte und HQ-Besuche mit – von der Vorbereitung über die Abstimmung mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern bis zur reibungslosen Umsetzung vor Ort. Anpacken gehört dazu, und dafür bist du dir nicht zu schade.

KI & Automatisierung: Du hast Spaß an KI-Tools und Lust, damit zu experimentieren. Im besten Fall baust du kleine Anwendungen oder Automatisierungen, die uns wiederkehrende, einfache Aufgaben abnehmen – von smarter Recherche bis zu kleinen Workflow-Helfern.

Marketing- & Kommunikationssupport: Du unterstützt bei digitalen und nicht-digitalen Marketingaktivitäten – z. B. beim Aufbereiten von Inhalten, bei Kampagnen über Website, Social Media und E-Mail sowie bei der Pflege von CRM-Daten.

Business Development Support: Du hilfst bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen, recherchierst zu Markt- und Wettbewerbsthemen und unterstützt bei Präsentationen und kleineren Analysen.

What you will need

Must-haves:

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z. B. Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation, Ingenieurwesen o. Ä.)
• Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und ein Auge fürs Detail
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an und erledigst auch kleine Aufgaben proaktiv und selbstständig
• Affinität zu KI-Tools und Neugier, Neues auszuprobieren
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-haves:

• Erste Erfahrung in der Organisation von Events oder Messen
• Interesse an Automotive-, B2B- und Technologiethemen
• Erste Praxiserfahrung als Werkstudent:in oder Praktikant:in in Marketing, Business Development o. Ä.
• Grundkenntnisse in Tools wie Google Analytics, CRM-Systemen oder ersten Programmier-/No-Code-Ansätzen
