Are you looking for an exciting and challenging internship opportunity? Then look no further. We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to support our Category Manager and Global Category Manager on a global scale.
- Your task will involve analyzing and maintaining data, including supplier information, contracts, volumes and costs.
- You will also be responsible for preparing, conducting and following up on our weekly "Pre-Sourcing-Council" meetings.
- In addition, you will have the chance to assist with process design and optimization, annual price negotiations and international tendering.
- Furthermore, you will develop material field strategies, technical ratio projects and global awarding.
- As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to participate in negotiations with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field ofPurchasing or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: good MS Office skills; knowledge of purchasing and logistics would be an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you are able to structure your time effectively and work in a self-directed way
- Languages: good in English, German is an advantage

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
