NXP Automotive Systems Engineering & Marketing (ASEM) organization is responsible for deploying go to market System strategies & solutions to increase our market share in cross-collaboration with the required Product Lines, NXP Sales teams and System teams.
Responsibilities:
The Automotive System Engineering and Marketing (ASEM) team builds business cases around future systems. Next generation E/E architectures include multiple elements on component level, from microcontrollers over multi gigabit networking switches to high performance compute and energy distribution in vehicles. Your role is to learn how to deal with complex market forecast data for software defined vehicles and their major technical attributes. To support our team on technical and commercial market modelling capabilities we are looking for a motivated working student. As a global player in the embedded automotive semiconductors market you have the chance to step into this world, learn how semiconductors are created and get in touch with international teams.
- Work closely with marketing, business development and lead architects within the team and related product lines
- Harmonize different databases into one market model, potentially into a new database system
- Capture technical system KPIs along this market model
- Support on programming an application to filter and plot data by specific metrices
- Mentoring and participation on team events
Your profile:
- Programming experience, subscribed in a study like Computer Science, Physics or similar
- Ideally some references in programming with Python
- Understanding of data treatment, relational databases and their queries
- Knowledge on graphical frameworks such and/or Python libraries for graphical representation of data
Job location:
- Munich/Hamburg/Dresden, Germany
- Flexible working hours between 8 and 20hrs during semester (full time is possible during semester break)
