We are seeking a motivated and innovative Learning Intern to join our Krefeld office full-time, supporting our learning administration and service processes while contributing to impactful projects.
This is a unique opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in corporate learning, process improvement, and organizational development in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support learning administration processes: Manage training schedules, registrations, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and consistency in all learning-related activities.
- Assist in coordinating global training programs: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize and monitor training delivery, providing advice and resolving queries when needed.
- Deliver exceptional service: Be a trusted contact for employees, managers, HR, and external partners, ensuring a positive and efficient learning experience.
- Contribute to process improvements: Participate in Lean initiatives and other projects aimed at streamlining and automating learning workflows.
- Develop learning frameworks: Support the creation of innovative tools and frameworks that enhance continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Ensure compliance and quality: Help maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with organizational learning standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in corporate learning and organizational development.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Basic knowledge of tools like SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems (advantageous but not required).
