In this role, you’ll:
- Bring in your ideas and experience for course and content design targeting best learner experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other learning teams to determine impactful and scalable learning approaches and content design.
- Leverage AI for scripting, graphics, audio, and video content creation
- Use internal as well as non-SAP cutting-edge course authoring tools for interactive learning experience creation.
- Utilize various video editing technologies and video streaming platforms.
- Contribute to our adaptive and personalized learning recommendation approach through skills mapping.
- Work hard – have fun – grow through experience!
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Media pedagogy, Instructional Design, Digital- Media/Design – interdisciplinary studies welcome!
- Computer skills: Experience with authoring and Media Production tools and platforms like Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, SharePoint, Learning Management Systems
- Prompting skills for AI-aided scripting and content/media generation
- Language skills: English (mandatory), German (beneficial)
- Soft skills: Good self-organization skills since you’ll treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities
- Good communication skills: be able to listen to and interact with learners, experts and project teams / stakeholders
- Intercultural sensitivity and awareness
- Pro-active character and reliable in delivering timely results

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
