In your role as an ERP Data Entry Specialist(m/f/d),you will be responsible for maintaining, and inputting the master data of our global assortment across our Oracle ERP and CMS systems. You will play a pivotal role in the complete E2E lifecycle of our products, the CMS management of our In-App Content planning, and collaborating with our commercial department in maintaining master data in our ERP system to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Job Description
- Uploading, maintaining and making sure of the accuracy of ERP & consumer facing product data
- Collaborating with multiple departments to execute their ERP Master Data change requests in the most efficient way whilst adhering to ERP best practices
- Resolving resolution of master data adjustment tickets in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing and input of In-App Content changes in our CMS system
Qualifications
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (previous SQL experience would be a plus)
- High attention to detail and data input accuracy
- Understanding of ERP & CMS systems
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to understand technical functionalities of ERP processes
