- Help streamline the onboarding and upskilling processes for our digital community members (new technologies, coding and copilot) including extrinsic motivation like badges or certifications
- Support our virtual upskilling fair focused on digital topics, helping to organize sessions, manage registrations, coordinate with speakers and ensure high engagement
- Enhance the internal go-to-platform for digital topics on SharePoint
- Actively assist in orchestrating the digital clean-up campaign, promoting digital sustainability and best practices across the department
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive digital training framework, with a focus on enhancing digital leadership skills
- Assist in the development of a tool that provides comprehensive insights to career development opportunities, seamlessly integrating standard and future-ready digital skills
- Assist in day-to-day tasks, from scheduling appointments to crafting visuals and preparing marketing and communication materials
- Pursuing a degree in business administration or management, economics, business informatics or a related field, with a focus on digital skills and innovation
- Familiarity with digital tools and methodologies, eager to learn new technologies, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- Prior experience with SharePoint, generative AI, Python or data analytics is a plus
- Fluent English language skills
- Capable of conducting digital trends research, recognizing emerging technologies, and understanding the importance of digital culture for successful transformation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage registrations, coordinate with speakers, streamline onboarding processes, and a basic understanding of project management principles and tools
- Ability to craft engaging visual content, create innovative communication materials, and strong written and verbal communication skills
We offer you an attractive salary between 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
