At the core of our mission to simplify hotel search and booking lies an experienced engineering team that drives innovation to take our metasearch engine to the next level. We're looking for a motivated student to join us as a Quality Assurance Engineer. You'll be an essential part of our engineering team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. How you’ll make an impact:
- Evaluate and synthesize information from various sources provided by different advertisers
- Ensure systems function correctly and that the retrieved data is accurate and reliable
- Enable and maintain business and technical data quality checks on data assets built by data engineers
- Conduct manual and automated tests on data assets to ensure the highest data quality
What you'll learn:
- How a data-driven company functions internally and how decisions are made based on data
- How to work closely with an international team of experienced developers, data engineers, and data analysts
- How to work with cutting-edge data pipelines and data infrastructure
What you'll need to thrive:
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and databases
- Proven ability to make informed decisions through data analysis
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language (experience not required)
