Your Role

• Assisting in the development of communication and change strategies and plans

• Creating and editing content for various communication channels as well as material for training and workshop sessions

• Conducting research and analyses to gather relevant information for communication and change

• Supporting the Project Managament Office and coordinating global meetings and workshops

• Assisting in the implementation of change initiatives, collecting feedback and monitoring the progress

Your Profile

• Current studies in Business Administration, Change Management, Communication or comparable

• Basic understanding of project and change management, methodologies, instructional design principles and adult learning theories

• Abllity to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

• Analytical as well as strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to create engaging and clear communication materials for different audiences

• Proficiency in verbal and written English
