Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Business Automation & Support team at our headquarters in Hanover / Germany, join us on a temporary, part-time basis (roughly 15 HPW) for 6 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Working Student IT Automation.

You can look forward to

• Testing of centralised orchestration of internal reports
• Evaluation of different orchestration tools on a Python infrastructure
• Comparison of the tools with a focus on costs/benefits and scalability
• Impact analysis on existing processes
• Development of a prototype
• Support with architecture development

You come equipped with

• Advanced stage of a degree in computer science / business IT or comparable
• Proficient user skills in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of data integration from APIs, databases, flat files, event streaming desirable
• Ideally expertise with Apache Airflow, Luigi or similar and ETL tools
• Experience with Docker and a cloud environment as an advantage
• Conversational German and English skills
• Structured way of working as well as good presentation and communication skills
